Requirements - desirable - GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4 or above) / GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4 or above)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Admin apprentice to join the Springfield Training Family here in Morley!

The role available is for a full-time or part time admin apprentice to join our support team, you will be based in our Morley office, working within a small team run by our support team leader Hannah. This apprenticeship is fully work based, you will be trained and supported by our support/administration team, while being taught by our Business & Management teachers - you will be working towards a Business Administrator Level 3 qualifications which includes functional skills in Maths and English at Level 2 (if not exempt). Upon completion of your apprenticeship there will be a opportunity for the right candidate to continue with the company.

Your daily tasks :-

1. Supporting our administration team

2. Answering the phone, taking message where required and distribute accordingly 

3. Scanning and filing 

4. Provide admin support to all departments within the company 

5. General admin duties 

6. Sorting and distributing post 

7. Updating databases 

8. Organise and schedule appointments
