Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Building Manager for a Property Management Company based in Manchester. The role involves the day-to-day operational management of two residential apartment buildings in Central Manchester, paying a salary of £33,000 - £35,000 per annum and also offers an attractive bonus scheme.

The role:

  • General day to day enquiries ensuring the building operates efficiently through diligent management of systems, processes, procedures, contracts and supply chains.
  • Implement and manage the Maintenance and Servicing regime and 3rd party contractors, ensuring that the site is undertaking planned maintenance as scheduled and that the contractors are appropriately managed to ensure compliance.
  • Work alongside the Brand and Marketing department ensuring that the brand is delivered consistently across all aspects of the services and throughout all marketing and resident activity and events.

  • Experience of residential property, housing or facilities management
