We are seeking a suitably experiemced building surveyor for a local authority contract, to work in a busy Repairs and Maintenance Team.You should have experience of working in a social housing Repairs & Maintenance environment. You must be proficient in damp and condensation identification, general property repair surveys, data collection, checking and collation of survey detail, undertaking structural inspections and providing work packages.Experience of Oracle ordering, DRS and TASK systems would be desirable but not essential as training will be provided.Must have full driving license, asbestos awareness training and Building Surveying qualificationsWorking with Blu tech you will receive weekly pay, will accrue paid annual leave hours, be provided access to free update training where appropriate, with certificates provided, and be given a named consultant as your main point of contact.BluTech Consulting Ltd is an Equal Opportunity Employment Agency.
