As the branch has only moved 2 miles, we still have a strong customer base, and it will be your job to grow this further! Qualifications We would love to hear from you if you are a current Branch Manager (or assistant looking to develop your career) in the drainage or wider merchanting industry with an appetite to learn our products. You'll be experienced in leading a small team, sales focused, understand branch operations (including H&S) and be customer centric. So, if you have a proven track record in merchanting, a good network of contacts in the Northampton area, driven, and have the ability to use your initiative, get in touch, we are waiting to hear from you!
