Our client, a leading company in the Rail industry, is seeking a BIM Manager to join their team. As a BIM Manager, you will play a key role in managing the implementation and coordination of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the implementation of BIM processes across projects Coordinate and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful BIM implementation Develop and maintain BIM standards and guidelines Provide BIM training and support to project teams Review and assess BIM models for accuracy and adherence to standards Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends Assist in the development and implementation of BIM workflows Ensure compliance with BIM protocols and project requirements Job Requirements: Significant experience in BIM management Proficiency in BIM software, specifically Navisworks Strong understanding of BIM processes and methodologies Excellent coordination and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Attention to detail and ability to review and assess BIM models Knowledge of relevant industry standards and guidelines Benefits: Competitive salary in the region of £65k Permanent position with opportunities for career growth Dynamic and collaborative work environment Opportunity to work on high-profile rail projects Training and development opportunities Share manages this role Matchtech is a STEM Recruitment Specialist, with over 35 years’ experience
