Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge?

TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation who are recruiting for a Billing Administrator for a temp to perm position paying £13.

80 per hour in London.  

Key Responsibilities:Raise and dispatch invoices and credit notes within defined timescales and ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Ensure all revenue streams are accurately invoiced, to time and appropriately accounted for.

Ensure all contracts and invoicing requirements are understood, facilitating the correct system set-up.

Proactively resolve issues and queries by supporting the credit control processPerform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Any other ad-hoc duties required by management.

What we require?

Previous experience in a finance role.

Excellent attention to detail.

Excel skills to intermediate levelExperience of using other Microsoft Office programmes.

Strong numeracy skills.

A keen focus on detail and clear oversight around reconciling data.

Ability to communicate with all key stakeholders including Senior Management.

Excellent planning and organisational skills.
