BEMS Project Manager – Blackpool - £65,000A great opportunity for a BMS Project Manager to apply their skills and work alongside a dynamic team to deliver a professional and quality experience to clients.The BEMS Project Manager positionIn this role, you will need to travel to client sites predominantly in the Northwest of England. You will be responsible for delivering energy and HVAC projects for clients across all sectors. Reposting directly to the Head of Projects and be responsible for a team of engineers.Main responsibilitiesOversee the delivery of all client engagements assigned to the BEMS Engineering Projects teamMonitor client deliverables on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all timelines are achievedServe as client facing main point of contact where senior delivery expertise is required, presenting to internal and external stakeholders as requiredEnsure project delivery processes - including Programme, Financial control and Labour - are utilised and managed to deliver in line with business expectations.Oversee controls around scope creep and risks management.Ensure that engagement margins, staff utilisation and recovered rates are monitored effectively and optimised where possible.
