The Role – Behaviour MentorFor this role, we are recruiting for a fun and energetic Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about making a difference within education. This role will require you to work closely with students who have Special Educational Needs such as Autism and Complex Needs. You will need to provide both academic and emotional support in order to build a rapport with the student so that you may encourage them to be more socially independent. Due to the students’ needs, it is essential for the ideal Behaviour Mentor to have experience working with children or young people who have SEN and exhibit challenging behaviour. SEN School – Behaviour MentorThis thriving SEN school is located in the London Borough of Enfield and caters to students aged between 5-16 years who have Special Educational Needs such as Autism and Complex Needs.
