SES Aviation support UK aviation with a fast-expanding range of services to meet ever-changing security needs, this includes Airports (and their suppliers), Fixed Base Operators, (FBOs), Airlines, Regulated Suppliers (RS), and Regulated Agents (RA). We are excited to invite applications to join our ever-growing team as an Aviation Security Manager. Do you have a passion for building a high-performing team? An Aviation Security Manager is required to be a self-motivated and disciplined individual and who is prepared, mentally and physically to deal with a range of situations. As part of the role, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading, motivating, and directing individuals and teams to deliver an outstanding service. They will implement and oversee performance metrics to enhance overall team efficiency. Build strong relationships with our clients, ensuring collaborative efforts for mutual success. They will ensure compliance is upheld with industry regulations and internal policies, to maintain the highest standards in service delivery. We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership skills, communication skills, an approachable manner, and who is well presented. Successful applicants must also be happy to work 2 Saturdays or Sundays per month with rest days midweek. Requirements Essential requirements:
