ASC Teaching Assistant - Macclesfield - ASAPAre you an experienced ASC SEND Teaching Assistant looking for your next role? Are you experienced supporting pupils in key stage 3 with severe ASC?We are currently supporting a school near Macclesfield who are looking to recruit an experienced, dedicated and reliable ASC SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team.The role will start as soon as possible, it will be full time and will be on an ongoing basis. You will be supporting a pupil in year 9. This particular student has a diagnosis of Autism and will require somebody who has a good understanding of ASC, as he often finds it difficult to stay focused. There could be times where the pupils may display some behavioural difficulties.The team at this school are dedicated to continuously working closely with parents and carers to provide the best possible outcome for each child. Offering various enrichment activities which in turn encourages pupils to progress through the various aspects of the curriculum.It would be advantageous if you hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle to be able to get to the school.
