This position will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations adhere to regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and internal standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Audit Planning and Execution:

· Develop comprehensive audit plans based on regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

· Conduct thorough and objective audits of aviation processes, systems, and documentation.

· Evaluate compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

2. Risk Assessment:

· Identify potential risks and areas of non-compliance within aviation operations.

· Collaborate with relevant departments to assess and mitigate identified risks.

3. Documentation Review:

· Scrutinize and analyse aviation documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

· Provide recommendations for improvements to documentation processes.

4. Continuous Improvement:

· Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings.

· Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to enhance audit processes continually.

5. Communication:

· Prepare clear and concise audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

· Communicate audit results to management, relevant departments, and regulatory authorities as required.

6. Training and Education:

· Provide training and guidance to internal teams on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.

· Stay abreast of changes in aviation regulations and disseminate relevant information within the organisation.

Requirements:

1. Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in aviation auditing.

· In-depth knowledge of UK aviation regulations and international standards.

3. Skills:

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.

4. Team Collaboration:

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
