Clients are across a variety ofdifferent industry sectors both private and listed businessesacross Surrey London and the South East primarily focused onownermanagedbusinesses.




Joiningthe team as an Audit and Accounts Manager / Assistant Manager youwill have responsibility for audit accountancy and tax services toan exciting client base.

The audit department is growing and theyhave some great plans for the future therefore the business isseeking individuals who are career focused and looking to progresswith the potential to really develop their career and support thedevelopment of thejuniors.




Theremit of the position and the level of audit work can be builtaround the applicants experience and aspirations but will bemajority focused on audit work overaccounts.




Requirements


  • ACA/ACCAqualified with extensive experience of planning and completingaudits and accountspreparation
  • Experienceusing an analytical reviewprocess
  • Experience in delegating andreviewing work of trainees within theteam
  • Proven ability tomanage and coach directreports
