This is a Tier One Main Contractor who due to an incredible amount of new work they are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Due to an impressive growth, they are now looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside the Senior QS on Reactive Maintenance projects. DutiesAlongside the Senior QS, you will be focusing on Reactive Maintenance work. Procurement of supply chain and placing orders Assessing and processing supply chain payment Produce commercial reports both internally and external to the company. Ensure all contractual processes are completed on time. RequirementsIdeally Social Housing experience but not essential.
