 We are currently looking for a passionate Assistant GuestRelations Manager , to join our Guest Relations team ona permanent basis, with an immediate start tojoin us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service toour guests and each other. As a Assistant Guest Relations Manager , your mainduties and expectations for the role will include:

·        Proficiently use computer systems, including Opera

·        Keep guest profiles tidy, merging and keepinformation and feedback up to date

·        Be aware, understand, coordinate and facilitate VIPamenities, family stays, celebration packages, stock and costing.

·        Liaise closely with housekeeping, reservations andsales for monitoring and control room inventory.

·        Support Guest relations Manager is monitoring teamsgiven projects and ensure goals are met.

·        Understand and carry out cashier functions usingcash float.

·        Up-sell room types and celebration packages atevery available opportunity.

 You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
