Job Location: B1 2JB - Some hybrid working and travel to group GSA offices as appropriate.

About the role


You will lead on the development of data backed investment programmes for our existing and future assets.

Ensuring that the asset data infrastructure and data governance is fit for purpose, and reflects the true state of the groups assets.

You will have overall responsibility for property data that informs wider teams on their liability and maintenance and support corporate and regulatory reporting.



Lead and embed GSA approach to sustainability, working with stakeholders to identify targets, opportunities and assist delivery and facilitate our approach to ESG reporting.



You will lead on and oversee our asset disposal strategy, with the assessment f property performance and option appraisal and team delivery oversight and reporting.



You will identify and seek to maximise grant and external support networks.

About you



You will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge and experience of undertaking asset portfolio reviews, modelling of property performance and identifying strategies, programmes and short and long term business planning.



You will have a proven track record of leading multi disciplinary teams and excellent analytical skills.



You will have excellent communication skills and have a good working knowledge of the domestic housing market and the operations and regulation of registered housing providers and a good understanding of property law and financial analysis.
