 Salary : Up to  £36,000 per annum working 40 hours a week with further opportunity to earn more through overtime

Requirements


As our Asbestos Site Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring safety and compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Conducting 4 stage clearances, test reporting, and submitting comprehensive reports for various tests including background, leak, reassurance, clearance, personal, and smoke testing
  • Creating detailed reports that adhere to industry standards and regulations
  • Ensuring all equipment is correctly calibrated and tools are correctly maintained to specified level in HSG 264
  • Record data accurately
  • Conducting thorough site walkthroughs and survey plans to ensure meticulous attention to detail
  • Check all locations are photographed and photographs are stored

What do you need?


  • P403 and P404 essential
  • Full UK driving licence
  • IOSH Working Safely Qualification desirable
  • Risk assessment in training desirable
  • Excellent communication skills essential
