Architectural Technician - Contract Position (Outside IR35)
Company Overview:
Our client, a reputable architectural practice who are currently seeking an architectural technician to join them on a contract basis and will need someone for an initial 6 month period (scope for temp to perm). This practice delivers and designs residential schemes predominately.
Role Overview:
As an architectural technician, you will have a passion for high level technical detailing in a previous architectural practice using ArchiCAD. The practice is very busy with an increase within workload and looking for additional support to meet deadlines.
Essential requirements
Desirable:
Experience on hotel projects is desirable but not essential.
