Protocol is working closely with an FE college based in the Blackburn area to help recruit for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprenticeship Recruitment Coordinator. We are looking for experienced candidates who will be responsible for coordinating activities to support Apprenticeship Recruitment. You will interview and assess applicants, match applicants to vacancies, provide information on employer vacancies and apprentice applicants to support the Business Development Team in maximising the number of apprentice applicants who are successfully recruited. 

The role:

  • Full-time/sessional, Mon-Fri, starting asap, on-going.
  • Support the HR team with general administration.
  • The person:

    We are therefore seeking passionate individuals with a background in Administration with relevant academic qualifications.

    Have you got what it takes? 

  • Excellent IT and administration skills.
  • Ideally up to date knowledge of Apprenticeships
  • Level 2 Maths & English.
  • A positive and supportive attitude to student learning and experience.
