Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking a mid-senior level Antitrust lawyer for a 3-month Contract (with potential extension) or Permanent role based in London, hybrid, for our customer, a global law firm.


Overview:


To support ongoing projects involving significant EU/UK merger experience.

Work alongside London, Brussels, and US teams on critical transactions.

Advise clients on a full range of global antitrust matters, including antitrust regulatory clearance, government investigations, private litigation, and counselling and compliance.

Represents clients before antitrust and competition authorities in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions around the world.

Handle matters with significant reputational and financial exposure, including mergers, litigation, trials, and cartel and criminal defense.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage EU and UK filings for a significant transaction starting in early June.
  • Collaborate closely with the London, Brussels, and US teams.
  • Lead and oversee junior associates in their tasks.
