We currently have opportunities for an experienced, energetic, and committed Team Leader to join their team working to support their Care team.Who are we?We are Busy Bee Recruitment, an awarding-winning recruitment agency supplying both temporary and permanent staffing solutions throughout the UK to our wonderful client base.Role and responsibilities: * Working in partnership with the Management team * Ensuring care plans for young people are delivered and adjusted where applicable with continual quality care reviews. * Working closely with residents to enable them to address their difficulties and achieve their optimum potential * Attend to the resident’s practical, physical and emotional needs including personal care * Completion of medication rounds * Completing written reports and documentation daily * Liaison with families and other health professionals * Leading the team on your relevant shifts, being responsible for all events * Hold supervisions for existing staff members and induct new employees * Rota planning and shift coordinationWhat we are looking for * Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Experience working within a administrative role preferably in a similar setting * A good understand of safeguarding procedures within Social care * Good time management skills and the ability to work well within a team * Right to work in the UK * Satisfactory referencesSo, are you ready for your next job?
