We are looking for a passionate Adult Nurse Manager to join a well-established and progressive provider of complex care packages within the community, specialising in adult complex care.

This community (9am-5pm) role will be based in the West Midlands area where the company has secured further packages during an exciting growth phase.

The successful Adult Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing face to face support to adult clients and their families, whilst creating personalised care plans for each person.

You will work closely with a core team of carers, training and supporting them with their clinical skills and activities.  

Criteria for an Adult Nurse Manager:RGN with an active NMC PINSupportive management style that can bring out the best in othersUp to date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 yearsDésirable – ICU / ITU / CCU expérienceAdvanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families and the MDTSuitable for Band 5 / Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAsFull UK Driving Licence desirable but not essentialKey responsibilities for an Adult Nurse Manager:Design and deliver a tailored care plan specific to an individual client’s needsEffectively manage the MDT through strong communication and teamworkTo provide ongoing monitoring, support and assessment of client’s physical and physiological needs within your caseloadTo deliver nursing interventions including the management of medicine deliveryBuild and maintain sophisticated relationships with your client’s familyWorking closely with community teams, CHC nurses and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of careBenefit package for an Adult Nurse Manager:Set salary of 48,000 per annum plus bonus and benefitsHybrid role split between working from home and community visitsMonday to Friday (9-5) hours33 days holidayPrivate pension schemeBusiness travel expenses of £0.
