Contract: Temporary to permanent

Job Description


As Administrator, you will be an essential part of the team, providing crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the business. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

  • Processing invoices

  • Handling incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate individuals.

  • Maintaining spreadsheets

  • Providing general administrative support to various departments within the organisation.


  • Key Requirements Previous experience in an administrative role



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
