What you'll be doing;

  • Oversee office equipment and general services, maintaining stationary and office supply stocks to required levels
  • Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls
  • Maintain various staff records such as training, issue of PPE, laundry, etc.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and refreshments, liaise with PR department regarding formal visits
  • Produce Purchase Orders, Raise invoices, Receipt goods / services on the Computer based systems, dealing with invoice queries as and when they arise, arranging for new suppliers to be added to the system as appropriate.
  • Produce reports / statistics for management information/budget purposes
  • Responsible for petty cash expenditure, recording and reporting
  • To be aware of and work within the Company Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems
  • Carry out other reasonable tasks and duties as requested by management



What we're looking for;

  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good general level of education including minimum Grade C in Maths and English GCSE, or equivalent
  • Minimum two years experience in a busy office environment
  • High personal standards and a professional manner
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritise tasks and work without supervision
  • An effective team member, able to communicate well orally and in writing
