About this opportunity


We are actively seeking to appoint an Administrator/Senior Administrator to join the Wealth Management Team in our Belfast office, on a permanent basis.

The Administrator will have responsibility for completion of Client Service Reviews, providing support to senior colleagues dealing with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of the team and office.

This role is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking to grow their career in Financial Services and Wealth Management and would be suitable for individuals with relevant administration experience.


General administration to include:


  • Ensuring client details and reviews are completed and recorded correctly on systems
  • Communicating with Financial Advisers and clients
  • Preparation and processing of all new client documentation and amendments
  • Monitoring of transfers of assets/cash from other institutions
  • ISA subscriptions and transfers
  • Processing of payments clients
  • Liaising with colleagues within Business Support regarding administration of client accounts.
  • General record keeping and electronic filing
  • Adhering to Conduct Risk standards
  • Additional tasks to include:


  • Supports business development activities.
  • Run projects for the office where appropriate and to show leadership by volunteering to be champions/ambassadors/specialists/Wizards where appropriate to show commitment to wider business
  • Skills/Qualifications:


  • Previous administration experience is required – additional training will be provided.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook essential.
  • Demonstrates responsibility for achieving own goals and willing to assist with the achievement of office goals.
  • Excellent attention to detail when completing written and numerical based tasks.
  • Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written
  • Ability to meet deadlines/work within restricted timescales
  • Flexible and reliable team member, acting as a role model for more junior team members.
