Administration Assistant

Location: Euxton Hall Private Hospital, Chorley

Hours: 30 hours per week.

Summary:

Euxton Hall Private Hospital opened in 1983 and is one of Lancashire's leading private hospitals situated on the outskirts of Chorley but close to Preston and Wigan with easy access to the M65, M6 and M61 motorways.

The facility offers 32 beds all with en suite facilities to ensure complete privacy and by investing in advanced medical technology offers a wide range of treatments and services. On site there are two fully equipped ultra clean air theatres, an endoscopy and small treatment room.

The role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our successful and dedicated business team. This role is pivotal in supporting the accurate and timely management of patient pathways for Euxton Hall hospital. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.

As an Administration Assistant at Euxton Hall, you will be responsible for ensuring patient waiting lists are managed effectively and that reporting on this is accurate and timely. You will need to be data literate and able to manage and prioritise worklists in the patient administration system.
