TPF Recruitment, Kent's leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is hiring on behalf of an excellent chartered accountancy practice based in  Folkestone. They are seeking an Accounts Senior for a general practice role involving accounts, tax, bookkeeping, and VAT.

The ideal candidate can be either qualified or qualified by experience. This position offers a progressive and rewarding career with significant autonomy. The firm provides study support, along with hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing statutory accounts
  • Assisting with management accounts production
  • Handling personal tax, corporate tax, and VAT returns
  • Performing general bookkeeping duties using Xero or Quickbooks
  • Coaching and mentoring junior staff members and trainees

Requirements
  • You will be studying your ACCA / ACA or be qualified, or qualified by experience.
  • You will have substantial experience within a UK accountancy practice, preparing accounts, tax and other responsibilities for a mixed client base of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.



Benefits

  • £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
