My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their dynamic and growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. As the Accounts Receivable Officer you will be processing sales ledger invoices, alongside the various duties below:Key responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable OfficerPosting receipts from the Rent Cash Sheets i.e. Standing Orders, Chip and Pin Payments and Completion MoniesInvestigating and resolving sales ledger queriesInvestigating items posted to suspense and re-allocating to correct accountRaising Sales Ledger invoices, credit notes and intercompany invoicesRaising automatic invoices on financial systemCredit control including sending reminder lettersProducing customer statementsAllocating sales leger cash receiptsAnswering queries from the shared Accounts Receivable inbox within the SLA timescaleComplete Month end Procedures within the SLA timescaleLiaise with internal and external customers in order to resolve sales ledger queriesAssisting other team members where necessaryRequired skills and experience of the Accounts Receivable OfficerAccount Receivable and/or Sale ledger experienceExperience of cross organisational working and engaging stakeholdersStrong IT skills including Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise responsibilitiesDemonstrates initiative whilst able to take direction This is fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable public sector experience with some great benefits including the option of hybrid working.If you believe you have the necessary skills and experience for the Accounts Receivable Officer, please apply now, or contact Lindsay Richey at Sellick Partnership.
