Castlefield Recruitment are working with a public-sector organisation in Manchester who are looking to recruit a Accounts Receivable Assistant to their team on an initial 9 month FTC. Duties:

  • Maintaining sales ledger and ensuring relevant accounts and reconciled 
  • Resolving internal and external queries in a timely manner
  • Monitor income processes and suggest improvements 
  • Allocating payments to invoices

  • Strong experience with processing transactions 
  • Financial system knowledge and strong excel skills 
  • Ability to prioritise a heavy workload with strong attention to detail
