Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic and established organisation based in the Bristol area. They are now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team.
 
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for the full cycle of the accounts payable/purchase ledger process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
 
Your responsibilities as the Accounts Payable Specialist will include but limited to:

  • Undertake all aspects of Accounts payable activities.
  • Process all incoming supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure timely payment of supplier invoices, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team and external partners
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
  • Support the ad-hoc tasks

    To be considered for the Accounts Payable Specialist role, you will require:
  • Proven experience in an accounts payable/purchase ledger position.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
