Robert Half are working with a Financial Services firm in London looking for an Accounts Payable specialist. This is a newly created role within a small Finance team. The successful candidate will take full ownership of Accounts Payable.

£35,000-40,000

2 days a week in London

  • Full responsibility for the purchase ledgers.
  • Manage various Accounts Payable inboxes.
  • Maintain bank mandates and reconcile multiples bank accounts.
  • Maintain the Accounts Payable system
  • Strengthen internal control over expenditures procedures.
  • Process employee expenses & corporate credit cards.
  • Process supplier payment runs for various entities.
  • Ad-hoc payments and general assistance to the wider finance team.
  • Assist with month-end management accounts processes.
  • Assist with financial audits.
