Accounting Manager


Colchester


£28, - £35, per annum


Permanent, Full Time - 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm.



Responsibilities :



  • Manage all aspects of the accounting function, including but not limited to, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions in Quickbooks and Fishbowl System.

  • Collaborate with Japanese manufacturers and Accountants based in London to ensure smooth financial operations.

  • Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Oversee the annual audit process and work with external auditors as needed.

  • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting regulations.

  • Provide support and guidance to the finance team and other departments as needed.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards to ensure best practises.
