Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the process of negotiation and contract signing, achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their business needs and challenges, and positioning our products or services as solutions.
- Conduct thorough discovery to understand the customer's pain points, goals, and decision-making process, and tailor sales presentations and proposals accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with the sales development team to follow up on qualified leads and opportunities.
Account Executive Qualification
- Proven experience in outbound sales, particularly in the U.S., Europe, Latin America, or Southeast Asia markets.
- Near-native proficiency in English in both speaking and writing.
- Strong process orientation with meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
- Willingness to work with customers in night shifts.
- Demonstrated skills in needs discovery and consultative selling, with a strong sense of curiosity and business acumen
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and deliver operational excellence and commitment to goals.
