What we are looking for:


  • We are looking to attract an experienced, high performer who can demonstrate several years of successfully delivering new business, selling a data and technology solution, preferably into the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ideally, the candidate should have extensive experience selling into complex enterprise businesses.
  • This person should be able to demonstrate, through examples, navigating multiple stakeholder buying processes and solution-based selling.
  • This should be underpinned by a strong ability to perform pipeline generation to surface opportunities within a defined territory to drive new logo sales.


What you’ll be responsible for:


  • Delivering new business growth within a defined territory of targeted new logos through applying your experience and best proactive sales knowledge in closing deals of c.>$50K ARR
  • Through building and executing an outbound pipeline generation strategy in combination with fielding inbound leads generated by marketing, you will strive to maintain a pipeline value of 3X your annual quota
  • Working with your colleagues in marketing, you will plan and execute sales campaigns to target the right buyers to entice interest and support pipeline growth
  • Mapping out stakeholders and buying processes with prospective customers helping to build business cases and delivering proposals
  • Leading the commercial negotiations from deal creation to close, leveraging your internal cross-functional relationships to secure a win-win outcome for the customer and InfoDesk
  • Championing the InfoDesk value proposition at defined market events and customer engagements to build long-term relationships with buyers within your target territory
  • Accurately forecasting pipeline from new business opportunities



You have the following:


  • 5+ years (s) experience with an overachieving track record of delivering against sales quota as part of a B2B sales organisation focused on solution selling in data and technology (Commercial, Mid Market or Enterprise)
  • Demonstrable ability to effectively manage your pipeline from opening to closing your opportunities
  • Ideally, experience in selling to pharmaceutical organisations
  • A familiarity with Outreach or other Sales enablement tools and core competency in accurately managing Salesforce along with excellent forecasting skills


Other Qualifications:


  • Degree educated (desired)
  • Sales training or certifications (advantageous)
  • Experience selling to competitive intelligence, market insight or regulatory teams (advantageous)
