With offices in London, Krakow, Houston and Singapore, GX is now scaling our go-to-market team and we are looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to accelerate our growth; to learn and grow alongside our business.  


You will: 


  • Be outbound prospecting to key personas on our target account list across energy, financial services and consulting industries. 
  • Carry out high quality qualification and discovery with outbound and inbound leads, both in online calls and in-person meetings. 
  • Feel comfortable building relationships with senior industry professionals, multi-threading to ensure we expand across strategic accounts using email, calls and LinkedIn. 
  • Develop a firm understanding of our data and markets – articulate how our technology and products solve problems and create opportunities for our customers. 
  • Use our sales and marketing stack to ensure rigour and efficiency, employing tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gong to work in a data-driven and AI-enabled way. 
  • Manage a thriving pipeline, using sales methodology (e.g MEDPICC) to ensure we align with our ideal customer profiles and company goals. 
  • Look after renewals for your accounts, ensuring we seek expansion opportunities and keep our customers happy.

  • Curious. You know that being a great salesperson requires a strong understanding of our data, technology and industry marketplace, as well as going above and beyond to know our customers’ and prospects’ challenges inside out.

  • Resilient. You understand that prospecting is tough and are able to handle objections and rejections along the way. Cold calling is a big part of the job, and you understand that it takes practice and persistence to succeed. 
  • A team player. You enjoy collaborating with different departments in the business. 
  • Commercially-savvy. You are comfortable working with numbers, working alongside our sales management to pull together complex proposals. 

You offer: 


  • Previous sales experience (which must include a track record of outbound prospecting). 
  • Ability to travel (occasionally) to visit prospects and customers in-person.  
  • Energy and commodities market experience (for bonus points.) 
  • The confidence to apply anyway (even if you cannot fulfil every point above)
