About the role:

  • We are a small but ambitious agency working on some great brands, based in Borough, London.
  • You will primarily be working on a global, fully integrated account for a beauty / hair appliance brand for which we run all of their EMEA 360 campaigns.
  • Reporting into Account Manager
  • Assisting in the day-to-day management of the production across our client base.
  • Opportunity to work and learn off a close-knit, experienced team.


Role of an Account Executive:


  • To support the team in the overall running of the account
  • Support your team in managing agency process, ensuring all projects are channelled efficiently through the agency and delivered to the client on time and on budget
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding the day-to-day agency processes
  • Pro-active approach and good time management skills
  • Clarity of communication - reading situations, and tailoring your communication accordingly
  • Be knowledgeable about competitors and any news within the industry, circulating to the internal agency team. Share it with the client or drop it into conversation (where relevant).
  • Manage all admin on your accounts – filing, saving work down, keeping reports up to date, opening job bags etc.
  • Take responsibility for feeding in amends – to the creative team / studio / design / digital, sending the work back to the client in a timely fashion.
  • Prepare for all meetings; setting up the room, organising refreshments, printing handouts, checking technology and the presentation work, ensuring any work / status reports etc are prepared and printed in good time etc. Always take notes in the meeting and send a contact report to the client, ideally within 24 hours of the meeting taking place.
  • Be knowledgeable about competitors and any news within the industry, circulating to the internal agency team. Share it with the client or drop it into conversation (where relevant).


Day to day duties will include:


  • Providing support to your team and ensuring all admin is up to date.
  • Managing diaries and setting up for meetings.
  • One of the day-to-day points of contact for the client.
  • Handling client requests
  • Assisting in the management of production across all accounts including TV, print and digital
  • Help brief in creative / design / post-production
  • Handling client feedback with your Account Manager
