Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Co-ordinator located in Kingston Upon Thames.

The role involves managing existing customer relationships, building new relationships, providing excellent customer service to clients, and meeting sales targets.


You will be responsible for the retention, growth, and profitability of commercial accounts, with progression opportunities and performance bonuses for the right candidate.

This exciting new role will have you covering commercial results, growth/development, meeting the relevant KPI's and SLA's, compliance, customer satisfaction and retention.

Working closely with the Commercial Director to ensure the development of strategic account plans, innovative solutions/sustainability and ensure consistent and high quality service.


• Primary interface between the company and client, responsible for ensuring strategic account plans are implemented, service success, contract compliance, retention and pricing


•Provide reactive quotes, job-booking and ensure account SLA's are met


• Be the point of escalated for the Client to support the resolution of situations.


• Upsell and cross sell other Just Clear products and services into the managed account.


This role is responsible for performance management of the contract in line with KPIs and metrics.


• This position requires the ability to build key internal relationships at all levels to ensure customer success


• The post also requires the ability to build key relationships with external organisations


Working with the Operations function to identify creative and innovative solutions which will reduce churn in line with company targets


• Gaining and maintaining a detailed knowledge of Just Clear capabilities, operating procedures and how this fits within the market and customer base to retain and develop business.


• Carrying out site audits


Requirements


• You will have a proven track record for effectively servicing corporate clients .


• Articulate, confident and assertive.


• You will have excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, demonstrating a strong 'can do' attitude towards account management.


• You will be tenacious, resilient, determined to succeed and prepared to 'go that extra mile' to win our customer's commitment towards a lasting and profitable partnership.


• Ability to travel

• Strong Commercial background and awareness


• Analytical and able to quickly assess issues and recommend and/or implement solutions


• Robust and resilient, able to absorb pressure and respond positively


• Experience of building and maintaining customer relationships


• Solid pragmatic approach to delivering to tight deadlines and targets


• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise


• Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths, however A-Levels or a Degree certainly won’t do any harm.
